If I have a loop such as:
while wait() do
while wait() do
print("hi")
end
end
Will this loop constantly create while wait() do loops? I can't test at the moment

No the first loop will run once and then the second loop will start running so you will only ever have one loop active. If you break the second loop it will create a new second loop.
