You actually can use free models. Just learn how the script of the model works and make your own.
I learned scripting for wiki, most free models are outdated and not FE. You guys should know that, using free models in a game is telling people 'Hey I cannot script, just join this game'. Also analyzing these models won't help, they're probably outdated, bad or you just don't understand them or understand them wrong.
