Multiple Game Mod Call System?

Hi there! I'm trying to make my own security service for roblox games, with a loader and stuff. I was thinking to make a callout system for the moderators, but how would I accomplish it that they join the right server? I mean, I've seen things like "Server-id", but is there a way to implement them in a link? Like, when they click it, they join that server, or something? If there isn't, is it possible to use the TeleportService from a "callout game", to another game using the server id? Thanks in advance, Jonas
