There's a shop plugin, that's all i know.

I want to spend money you earned in an in-game leader-board and spend the money on in-game items (upgrades) such as a better rocket launcher or better bomb, that link is using id and items outside of the game
Use a leaderboard with an IntValue called leaderstats. I can't help you with much else.

If you don't know how to do this then you need to start at the beginning. And, also, you asked for a script by saying "Please direct me to an actual working tutorial or explain here." Pretty demanding considering your asking people for help.
