For example i kill a zombie and it gives me 10 points for killing that type of zombie. I tried looking up on YouTube videos and there were none that worked, i wasted like 4 hours trying to find a working tutorial. If you guys could help in any way, i'd repay you back somehow.

I personally recommend you AlvinBLOX's channel, he has several videos in regards of what you are looking for and he explains them in a very didactic way.
honestly same ^ im literally using one of his tutorials right now and I now know what some of the scripting words do, go check him out
I've already tried his channel before, like i said
Some of his scripts are out-dated
