Where does the StarterGUI's go, and make it visible for everyone?

I want to make a startergui that enables when the game updates. But when I start the game, the gui just disappears from the startergui. How can I make the Startergui visible for everyone then?

Cause this doens't work

game.StarterGui.Update.Enabled = true

The startergui clones it content to the PlayerGui inside the player :P

Okay but how can I make it visible for everyone at once?

Anything in the StarterGui gets put in the player's PlayerGui.

To change them all at once, I would do this:

for _,v in pairs(game.Players:GetChildren()) do
	v.PlayerGui.Update.Enabled = true
end
