How to temporarily disable all animations(arm swinging etc)?

I have a custom funny animation that I want to play. As soon as I play the animation my arms starts swinging a little bit and my whole animation stops playing. How do you fix that?

Increase the priority of your animation to "Action". It should over-ride all animations other than the right arm if you hold a tool.
