Allow Player to Press (Key) to get up from a seat?

I made a script that disables the players ability to jump...now realizing that I also need the players to be able to sit down on seats, I have no way to allow them to get up from the seat once they sit down T_T.

I need a script that has any part or seat function as a seat but can also allow player to get up from that seat by pressing (E) a key.

You could try something like this to only allow the player to jump if they are sitting:

Otherwise, you may be able to just set Sit to false while in a chair to make them stand, but I'm not sure if that would work.
