I have a tool. You know when you equip a tool the hand goes up. I do not want that. Can you make so when you equip a tool the hand doesn't go up, so it stays in normal position?

Give position and orientation to your hand when you equip tool.
If you're not actually making use of a physical tool, but the tool object itself is being used, you can disable the property RequiresHandle to keep the arm in its original place.
