Do i need any applications to learn LUA? i've learned c# for 3 months and i think i can understand Lua easily.

How many weeks/months to be a professional lua scripter?

Roblox LUA scripting is easy and there are many ways to learn it, You can't learn it from any app or PDF so learning LUA is different from learning other programming languages, In my experience I learnt Batch from some PDFs But when i came in roblox it was hard for me to learn lua but at last i got the ways to learn it
I am learning it from :-
(i) YOUTUBE :- there are many youtube channels that teach lua scripting, for example - AlvinBlox( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCp1R0TBvgM7gj0rwTYULmSA ), And Roblox also have a official YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/Roblox the roblox uploaded some tutorials.
(ii) OBJECT BROWSER :- if you already know a bunch of programming languages then object browser might be helpful for you.
(iii) FREE MODELS :- I am not telling all should do this but if anyone don't know scripting enough then coping the free models codes or trying to understand them might be helpful.

Rolox LUA isn't that hard to learn once you get the hang of it. I'd say it would take from a month or two to several months to become professional. I pretty much taught myself the basics of LUA, but this website and the Roblox Wiki really help out.
