How do I make uneven bars from gymnastics on roblox?

I searched up how to make swing sets in hopes it will be similar to uneven bars but it doesn't appear to be. I also tried to see if I can get free models of it but most of them just make your player glide around the bars without holding onto it. Is there any way to make it so the player appears to hold onto the bar while they are in the seated position? This is a bit hard to explain.
