I need a script like a UD Westover speedometer (vehicle gui?

I’ve created a GUI that look like a speedometer and gas haulage and rpm meter. All I need is a script for when the speed goes up the arrow moves/hover over the amount of speed. For the gas gauge I just need a script for when you drive overtime the gas slowly runs out and make a gas script where if you hover over this part it fills up your gas. The rpm meter is simple when you rev or drive fast it moves towards the rpm.
