If Frame.Visible = false, is it Enabled?

If a GUI element has its Visible property set to false, it will not register input events.
Any buttons or textboxes inside a frame that has Visible set to false will not work, and will not fire any connected functions. If you changed the transparency to 1, however, any buttons and textboxes would still work.

Setting a frame visible to false should also apply to its children. You should not be able to interact with buttons that are not visible
