Best I can say is to go to http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Animations and start studying how to make animations. You didnt post a script for your animation so its unlikely anyone can help you. You are asking a very broad question. More detail would help. Like do you currently have an animation script in your character?
Ok, I have a custom character "model" and the "legs" aren't animated. Where would I put the animation? In the humanoid?
