What's the difference with Pointlight and Spotlight?

Pointlight is a sphere of light.
Spotlight is a cone of light.
Pointlight emits light out in all directions from one point.
SpotLight only emits light out of the face of a part, and points in one direction. To change that direction you need to rotate the part or change its angle.

So if I had a SpotLight, a wall would stop it right? Unless I change the direction to somewhere else
Yes, a wall, such as a Part, would stop a SpotLight from spreading throuh the wall.
