How To Make a C-Frame Animation Script?

I Want To know how to make a script where it does an animation through cframe like the one in the naruto games where they hit you with a jutsu.Any Ideas?

I can bet that its a lot easier with roblox animations that they released less then a year ago. CFrames are hard to do by setting it every per milli second.
