Yes. Use CFrame manipulation or Animations.
And a ClickDetector. Do note that this isn't a request site - you have to attempt the script yourself and then seek help when you get stuck.
Or I mean if youre really lazy you could even have 2 groups of parts 1 group being the open blind and the other being the closed blinds and on click make the closed blinds transparent and the open blinds not and then the opposite
