Text not showing up when player enters in the middle of a round. How to fix?

Everytime a player joins the game while this script is running, they don't get a message. The script is:

for i,v in pairs (game.Players:GetChildren()) do
v.PlayerGui:WaitForChild("CountDown").TheText.Text = "A new game will be starting soon!"
wait(3)
Countdown()
v.PlayerGui:WaitForChild("CountDown").TheText.Text = "This game will start in "..countdown.Value.." seconds!"
--The code continues

The script works fine when there's 1 player in the server when the script is running, but when other player joins the server the text won't change.

Is there any way to fix this without having to do the for i,v for each message?

Anyone?

Is it in localscript?

Normal script, in ServerScriptService.

Only LocalScripts Can Access PlayerGui

If the code works, then you're wrong. And that isn't a local script.
