How do you make a fly HopperBin?

I want my tool like the Kohl Admin fly, but I don't know how to script very much! Can you help me?

This is NOT A REQUEST SITE! If you want a fly tool like the Kohl Admin fly, then if you were a scriptwriter, you would look inside the Kohl Admin script and make your own tool that works with it. Not request us to do your dirty work.
