Im trying make a move like a wall that has a press button to appear?

For my game I'm trying to make a brick wall that can appear all around the character, whenever I press N. But i want the brick to look like ice and I want that inside of the ice wall the goes around the character it can give the person who made it immortality and then the people inside of start taking damage over time and become frozen in like a box cube. I was just wondering if their a site where I can learn all of this or If there someone that can message me and help me figure out how to make this script.
