Can someone help me to beable to make good cutscenes?(Not CloneTroopers Cutscene Editor)

I want to make good cut scenes like the one in Terra Novus. Even though the game is old, the cut scenes are still great. I tried Clonetrooper's cut scene editor, But it just dosent do as good as Terra Novus. Does anyone know how to make cut scenes similar to the cut scenes in Terra Novus? (I am making a horror game) Your help will be credited in my game. :P

You need to learn advanced CFraming. Good manual cutscenes take days, if not weeks to make. A cutscene that I made for a horror game I halted took me about a whole month, mostly because I had to simulate camera shake when walking.

To make it easier, you can make a part that follows the path you create and another few parts that represent the focuses. Then you can switch between them.
