Is it possible to see what the game is loading?

I'm going to use this feature for a custom loading screen. I've seen people do it before.

e.g. Loading: rbxassetid://123412341234

The way you've seen this most likely done is the game is preloading the assets whilst your joining. Here's an example:

-- ContentProvider is the service we use for preloading/loading assets.
local ContentProvider = Game:GetService("ContentProvider")

-- List of assets to preload
local assets = {2253543, 2434541, 5133543, 2423433}
-- Loop through the assets table
for _, asset in ipairs(assets) do
	-- Preload the asset into the game
	ContentProvider:Preload("http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=" .. asset)
	-- Print into output what we just loaded
	print("Loaded rbxassetid://".. asset)
end

As far as I'm aware, there is no other way to do this except for using ContentProvider and preloading the assets as shown above. You can read more about ContentProvider here!

where can I get the assets numbers?

You could either add them manually or create a script to loop through every object in your DataModel to get the asset IDs and add them automatically.
