How do i make people spawn in sertain clothes?

Please help me, i want to make a game where people spawn but as i want them to

Okay, for starters. This is not a request service, this is a help service. Second, your question is not constructive. You need to ask questions like "What's the function for when someone joins a server?" or "How do I change shirt/Pants ID's?" We're not going to do the work for you.
