how to disable right-click mouse lock?

By default when you hold right-click on mouse it locks it in place, i want to disable that. Any help is appreciated.

nevermind, i figured out a workaround for what i wanted to do. I ended up using InputChanged with UserInputType MouseMovement and used delta X to detect change in mouse x position
