If u have filtering enabled does an animation run on a local script happens on the server?

So let's say I have filtering enabled. If I run an animation using local script will it just run on the client or on the server as well?

The Humanoid is (to my knowledge) the only exception when handling FE. For example, if your local player's health is set to 0, that information will replicate to all other clients as well without needing a remote. So yes, animations ran on the humanoid locally will still be available for other players to see.

But when I do it on an actuall game it dosen't work.

I think it'll be a case of "better safe than sorry." If you load animations through a server script, you won't have to worry about whether or not it's an edge case

In fact, if you put one script in the Workspace or ScriptStorage with a RemoteEvent in it, you could put this code in it:

script.RemoteEvent.OnServerFired:Connect(function(player, animation)

	player.Character.Humanoid:LoadAnimation(animation):Play()

end)

That would act as a basic server-side animation handler, where anytime you wanted a player's character to run an animation, you'd just call ServerSideScript.RemoteEvent:FireServer(anim) from the LocalScript, and replace "anim" with the animation object you want.

Hope this helps.
