Color3 Value from an Image?

I was wondering, how would you get a Color3 Value from an Image. For example, a script that i have puts the Group's Logo on the Screen Inside a Image Label and the BackgroundColor of the Frame needs to match colors that are in the Image. If anyone can help me i will be greatly appreciative.

Things to take into Consideration: This needs to be automated with a script, so whenever the logo changes, the Frame's Background should match the Image.

I'm sorry I have to tell you this, but I'm like 98% sure this is IMPOSSIBLE. My suggestion is to you to give up on doing that, and try something similar to that, because that's impossible almost for sure.

In an HTML or CSS or even JS or something like that, you could do that, but at least by now, you can't do that in ROBLOX. I also tried a thing similar to that for weeks and no results. Just give up on a thing that complicated and try something else or even abandon that idea.

As OfcPedroo said, that's pretty much impossible to do that in Roblox at this stage. If you have programming knowledge in another programming language such as NodeJS you could set up your own API using HTTPService. In its simplistic form how it would work is using HTTPService you would upload the image to a server and the server from there would then try and get the background color of the image you gave it and then it would return that value to do. This would for sure require a lot of programming knowledge of other programming languages and you would, of course, have to set up a server to do this. It could be done though, however, I think the trouble that this would cause you would really not be worth it.
