How do I make a horizontal scroll bar?

I am not sure how to turn a vertical scrolling frame into a horizontal one. Help.

I'm not sure if this is the way it's done, but it works.

Rotate the scrolling frame to 90 or to 270, depends on where you want the scroll to be at. It'll still go sideways.

If you're not sure how to rotate them, go to properties and you should find "Rotation"
