Anyone know how do you these dots I cannot figure how to do them?

You might want to mess around with BillboardGuis. (make sure in that BillboardGui you have an ImageLabel with the Image property set as a square, or whatever you need)
As BillboardGuis are weird, their size messes up. To prevent this, use Scale.

pretty sure that's the thing that shows up when you use c-frame or resize (studio tools).

Ah, I see it clearly now. Not sure how they'd do that. I think the closest thing I'd get to is just by using billboardguis.
