How do find parts in a Region3 from a CFrame Value?

There are a few parts around the area of the CFrame and i want to be able to print the parts using FindPartsInRegion3. I have no idea where to approach this, can someone help me out. Also, would CFrame.p be able to be used here?

local CFrame = game.Workspace.CFrameValue -- Replace CFrameValue with the name
print(CFrame)

If this is not what your looking for please reply or read this http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Weld if that isn't please contact me
