Why are my questions being taken down?

I asked how I would make a script that re-teams somebody when they get a certain amount of wipe outs and yet it got taken down because apparently I was asking somebody to script it for me. I simply asked a question on how I would script it, isn't this site called scripting helpers? At this point about 2 of my questions have been taken down. Before you take this down I am following the guidelines because I am respectfully asking a question, my question is well thought out. I is about Lua since it involves a question I asked about Lua. The fact that my question got taken down for this reason is ridiculous.
