I want to know how when your camera is facing a certain object that it can make a GUI pop up or some sort. What part of ROBLOX does that require?
COMMUNITY QUESTION
How do you make a UI pop up based on your screen's position?

If you are doing a FPS game or some other first person game, it would be something like this. you just have to insert a transparent Billboard GUI. Insert this into a frame:
script.Parent.MouseEnter:connect(function()
-- Add your code here here
end)

You could try something like detecting if the mouses target is the object or something instead. I could see this being much easier than what your trying to do :p
You could use http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Raycasting start it from your camera's Position, and shoot it towards the camera's lookVector. If http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/Workspace/FindPartOnRay detects the object clone the gui
That's actually a pretty good idea @Goulstem. @Nikkulai, I know what you mean, but I've seen people do it. For example; jailbreak.
http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/Camera/WorldToViewportPoint - That returns a bool that can tell you if an object is on your screen. Issue there is that it works through walls. For doing something like Jailbreak, you should probably be checking the mouse's target like Nikkulai said.
