How do I get my script to work when I join the game rather than when I'm testing in studio?

Here is the code I'm trying to get to work when I click PLAY and it loads up the roblox game client:

Okay so the problem I'm having is when I'm in studio, I put the script in (Places i've tried: ServerScriptService, StarterGUI, and Workspace.) and it would work and the script would run whenever I hit play under the test section. So i'd save it and publish and i'd load up in the game client and it wouldn't work.
