Hello. I'm afraid to say that It's actually impossible to set the mouse position on roblox. There is no function to do that. Anyway, what you could do is locking the mouse position. Here you've got more info: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Mouse_Appearance#Lock_mouse_position

No, this request is impossible. the X and Y properties of the mouse is [readonly] properties.

If the game is first person you can use camera manipulation to move the mouse
You could construct your own code for the mouse. I like frosty's idea, too.
