How do you make a map changer that destroys the lobby and everything else and yeah?

I don't have a clue how to make a map changer i am new to all of the scripting stuff also I want to like destroy lobby then like destroy every other map and randomize one map Then pop up and then like if somebody wins the map gets destroyed then wait 3 seconds before they all appear in the lobby again. I do not have any scripts cause i did not try and i don't like YouTube because their games are different and like sometimes it works for them but not for me.
