How do you make a player viewmodel like the ones in FPS games?

Im not asking for a script, but if you have one and willing to give it away, than please do..

Im trying to learn how to makea viewmodel, ive tried to make one before but its always a fail for me. Ive tried free models but most of it isnt what im looking for.
