I extracted teleporter pads into Workspace, and they are not working... I tried with some else models, again... So... what I need to do?

Maybe make your own? Show the script? Stop using free models? We can't help if you don't show anything that you have tried.
Don't use free models. They use a bunch of deprecated stuff or rely on deprecated stuff.
