Just copy and paste the animate script, and change the RunAnim's value to the value you want, then put it in StarterCharacterScripts!

Here's how you can accomplish this, first create a script and place an Animation instance inside it. Next let's make a for loop that'll go through each player and run the animation, it's important to make sure your animation has top priority so that it will play over all other animation currently running on that specific humanoid.

for _,v in pairs(game.Players:GetChildren()) do
	local char = v.Character
	if char then
		local humanoid = char:WaitForChild("Humanoid")
		local animation = humanoid:LoadAnimation(script.Animation) --change to the animation instance inside the script
		animation:Play()
	end
end
