I have this pet which I have a GUI for which makes it jump but it doesn't, it has the humanoid inside the model. What could be the issue?

Does the model have a HumanoidRootPart and a Head?
It has a heat but no HumanoidRootPart; is that essential?
Can the head be a Union?

Did you use a humanoid object? Humanoid objects have a option to Jump.
Make sure JumpPower is not set to 0.
