Is there a script to make music play in certain areas?

I'm not very good at writing scripts, but can understand most of them. I'm trying to find a simple way to make music play in one area. Ex: music plays in the lobby and once you leave the lobby it changes to another song. I don't want 3D music as it seems to overlap other songs in the area. I've been searching for an answer for weeks and still have had no luck.
