Is it possible to make a "Vehicle Seat" using CFrames and Welds and KeyDown Functions to make a Vehicle move without the Vehicle Seat, Im asking because i dont want to find out later if it will work or not.

It's totaly possible. Vehicles from Jailbreak and Vehicle simulator all use their own custom chasis.
