I want to learn how to make car bodies and wheels (on a pro level), suspension, transmission(both automatic and manual), speedometer, boost, rev limiter, wheel spin, and customization.
Also how do you save players customization and options.

Seems like you want to remake a car system like Jail Break has, i can already tell that that's not going to happen. This might sound rude, but a chasis like that is extremely complicated to make.
