How Do You Make An Opening Screen For A Game?

Do you mean as in the Picture of the game before you join it, Or a screen when you join the actual game. If you mean a GUI, Then you'll need to:
Put a screen GUI into starter GUI with an image lable inside of it. Re-size the lable to what you need and get a Decal put it on a block and look at the propperties of the Decal. Copy and paste the link into the link in the Image lable and boom, You have a welcome Gui.

What i meant was when you join it kind of shows you the map at angles for a bit till you press play.
