Can someone make me a template for a custom nexus Admin command?

I'm new to scripting, I'm using Nexus Admin https://www.roblox.com/library/392077186/Nexus-Admin and I need to make a command, that adds to a leaderboard score. The points are called applications (apps for short) and I want to make it something like :apps give playername 50 This is the code for the points system game.Players.PlayerAdded:connect(function(plr) local stats = Instance.new('IntValue', plr) stats.Name = 'leaderstats' local Apps = Instance.new('IntValue', stats) Apps.Name = 'Applications' Apps.Value = 0 end)

Help! Also appreciated if someone could make me a template. Thanks in advance everyone.

If you need help with a script someone else wrote, you should ask them instead of us. To give you an answer means reading several thousand lines of code from a model we would need to get. SH is designed for questions you have regarding a script you wrote.

Scripting Helpers will not make code for you, but we will help you find a way to make it yourself.

That link is a great place to start making your own custom commands.

I actually used this page to make myself a command to give extra in-game currency.

Of course, this page won't teach you to implement it into that command script your using, but rather make a new script. you can have a script for your custom commands, and another one for the default ones by that script.

If you need a tip on how to increase currency, here it is:

somevalue = "Whatever value you want"
player.leaderstats.Applications.Value = player.leaderstats.Applications.Value + somevalue

BTW for that code that makes the point system, you never defined their parents.

Since you did not provide any code, I will not give you a detailed script. Just a place to start off.

local cmd = ':apps give '
local playerToListen = nil --insert the players name that can use command.
game.Players:WaitForChild(playerToListen).Chat:connect(function(msg)
	if string.lower(message) == cmd then
		print("Someone used this command!")
	end
end)
