HOW TO MAKE A CRAWL AND PUNCHING SCRIPT??

I need help making a script for punching atleast.

Because I am working on a game similar to prison life/jailbreak i need to know this.

these are my ideas.

--To make a script that gets the players keyboard and loads an animation into the characters humanoid and using a touched function to see if the object that was touched had a humanoid in it.

i have tried many models but they are either glitchy or they just dont do anything whatsoever.

--USE THE LUA SYMBOL TO BE ABLE TO SEND CODE IN A CODE-LIKE FORMAT
