I've been trying to figure out how to send requests to create Issues on GitHub for the past few hours and just can't seem to figure it out. I've tried more simple stuff like this
table={}
table["title"] = "TEST SEND"
hs = game:GetService("HttpService")
json= hs:JSONEncode(table)
hs:PostAsync("https://api.github.com/repos/TheSink/JKRF-Issue-Tracker/issues/", json)
but to no avail. Every time, it returns an error 404 (even though on the documentation it says you're meant to send a POST request to that link). I am quite sure I'm doing something wrong with the GitHub API in some way. I don't exactly understand how Webhooks/Apps work within GitHub, so if anyone understands this better and can help out that would be great.

Did you even enable 'Studio Access to API Services' on your game. I do not know much about communication with API services, but this might simply be the problem
Yeah, it's enabled. I just don't think I'm understanding how GitHub's api works cause it wouldn't make sense to send to the direct api link (it can't confirm who is sending that request and would be a security risk). I've looked through webhooks a little bit but still don't really understand how I can make this interaction work between ROBLOX and GItHub.
