Let's say I didn't want to have to go to the roblox browser every time I wanted to upload a decal.
Is there any member of Roblox's web API that allows a user to upload a decal?
If not, is there at least a part of Roblox's web API that can show you if your image has been approved or not?

There is no possible way from what I know as roblox doesn't allow images or files that may corrupt or add items to the game or change it from API. It must come from roblox decal for moderation purposes.
That's not what i mean. I mean can I upload Decals through Roblox without having to go through the browser?
