How exactly can I do crunch physics? I'm making demolition derby cars (please look it up if you don't know to better understand what I am talking about) And basically I want to make it realistic. Before a part would just fall off on a high speed collision (in this case over 90 speed). This time, however, I want to make them realistic. I want to add turning mechanics, and along with that crunch physics.

So basically I have models set of a car, so after one hit on the car at 90 speed the car model changes to Model B. Then after another hit at 90 speed the car model changes to Model C. In this case each model is the same thing but with damage done to it.

Someone told me about crunch physics and said that my cars were "outdated" and that I should use crunch physics, but when I asked what they were he never really said. I think it'd be better or more realistic, so please, if you can, please tell me if they are possible.

So for example, the front of the car gets hit, the front hood changes and appears to be crunched in or dented.
