How can I make the ground shake?

I want to be able to make the ground shake when I jump down from a long distance (kind of like a super hero :D). I already have a basic understanding of how to make my camera shake, but I don't know how to make the execution part (the part where it senses how far you jumped from, and make your camera shake)

You could possible tell the script to move {Part} moving up and down decently paced such as having a loop
