How to make player turn instantaneously?

So, im working on a 2-D game, and i need players to turn instantaneously. Whenever players normally change direction from left to right, the player makes a full 180.

Please give me helpful links and Tips or an exmaple script

I could, but it wouldn't be instantaneous. Not facing right of left messes up my knockback script
