How would you do this, Situation: Player2 can chat (lets say they bought a gamepass), and Player1 cannot. Is there any way that he can still see the chat GUI, BUT, when he tries to chat there is a message that pops up like "You must buy the gamepass to chat!", (using normal roblox guis)

We cannot make the script for you, but help you. Please post your script in with the proper format, otherwise all I can tell you that it has to do with the gamepassservice playerownsasset, and setcore method of startergui.
I don't think he is asking for stuff to be made for him, he just wants to learn how it is done.
